Delivery Confirmation & Responsibility

Once a shipment is marked “Delivered” by the carrier, the order is considered successfully fulfilled.

Luck Strings is not responsible for packages that are:

• Marked as delivered but not received
• Stolen after delivery
• Left in unsecured locations
• Delivered to mailrooms, parcel lockers, front desks, or apartment common areas

If Your Tracking Shows “Delivered” but You Cannot Locate Your Package

Please take the following steps:

  1. Check with:
    • Your local post office
    • Building management or mailroom
    • Neighbors or household members

  2. Confirm the shipping address entered at checkout

  3. File a missing mail claim directly with the carrier (USPS, UPS, or DHL)
