  • Returns are processed within 3-5 business days after receipt.

Customized and Size-Adjusted Products

  • Customized or size-adjusted items have a 20% restocking fee to cover materials and labor.
  • If you need a size exchange, a resizing fee applies: 20% of the purchase price or $20, whichever is lower.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Certain items, including Final Sale and discounted products, are not eligible for return.
